Membership overview

  • Membership grants access to Elite Air member benefits for the validity period shown on the member ID.
  • Member bookings must follow Elite Air booking rules and fare conditions.
  • Membership is personal; transfer rules apply only where listed for the selected tier.

Booking & travel rules

  • Bookings are subject to seat availability and operational constraints.
  • Advance-purchase window applies by tier (e.g., Tier 1: ≥ 3 days; Tier 2: ≥ 6 days).
  • No-show or late changes may result in fees per the Membership Schedule.

Fees & payments

  • Annual fee by tier is due upfront. Taxes and surcharges may apply.
  • Additional services (e.g., chauffeur, lounge partners) may have separate terms.

Data & privacy

  • Your data is processed to operate the program, verify identity, and comply with law.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to regulatory requirements.

Cancellation & termination

  • Elite Air may suspend benefits in case of misuse or breach of terms.
  • Refunds (if any) follow the Refund Policy published with the Membership Schedule.

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between — (“Member”) and Elite Air Company K.S.C. (Public) (“Elite Air”). Member is purchasing the membership tier indicated above for the term stated, subject to the Terms & Conditions and Elite Air policies.

  1. Scope of Benefits. Access to member fare inventory, priority services, and lounge access where included by tier.
  2. Booking Rules. Advance notice window applies by tier; travel subject to availability and operational limitations.
  3. Fees. Annual fee is due in full prior to activation. Taxes/charges may apply.
  4. Transfer & Guests. Transferability and guest policies are defined by the selected tier and the Membership Schedule.
  5. Data & Privacy. Processing of personal data is necessary for program operation and compliance.
  6. Termination. Misuse, fraud, or breach may result in suspension or termination without refund.
  7. Governing Law. As per Elite Air policy; disputes handled in the competent courts.
