1) Scope & definitions

These Conditions apply when Elite Air is the operating carrier shown on your ticket. Definitions include Ticket, Passenger, Checked/Unchecked Baggage, Force Majeure, etc. Mandatory law prevails if it conflicts with these Conditions.

2) Tickets, validity & changes
  • Tickets are non-transferable; ensure your name and travel documents match the booking.
  • Standard validity as above; extensions may be available for medical reasons with evidence.
  • Changes/no-shows follow your fare rules; some fares are non-refundable.
3) Fares, taxes & fees

Fares cover carriage between points on the ticket. Taxes/charges are collected as required and may change. Currency is usually the country of commencement; card-issuer fees may apply.

4) Reservations, seating & personal data
  • Seat selection isn’t guaranteed; we may reassign for safety/operations (fees adjusted if needed).
  • Special assistance and medical clearances should be requested in advance.
  • We process your data per our Privacy Policy and regulatory requirements.
5) Check-in & boarding

Please observe airport deadlines. We may deny boarding if you miss cut-offs or lack required documents.

6) Refusal of carriage & onboard conduct

We may refuse carriage or off-load for safety/security, unlawful documents, non-payment, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or refusal of screening. On board you must follow crew instructions. Smoking/vaping is prohibited; tampering with detectors is illegal.

7) Fitness to fly, pregnancy, children & assistance
  • Travel requires you to be medically fit; certain conditions need medical clearance (MEDIF).
  • Pregnancy: doctor’s note typically from 28 weeks; restrictions apply after 35 weeks and for multiples.
  • Unaccompanied minors and guests needing assistance should request services at booking.
8) Baggage
  • Checked/Carry-on allowances are published per fare/cabin. Oversize/overweight may be charged or refused.
  • Dangerous goods (e.g., certain batteries, flammables) are restricted by international rules.
  • Fragile or perishable items should not be in checked bags; declare high-value items where available.
9) Schedules, disruptions & refunds

If we cancel, significantly delay, or cause a misconnection, you’re entitled to re-accommodation, reasonable re-routing, or a refund according to policy and law. Voluntary changes/refunds follow fare rules.

10) Travel documents

You are responsible for passports, visas, health documents, and entry requirements. Fines or costs caused by document issues are your responsibility.

11) Liability & claims (key limits)
  • Passenger injury/death: strict liability portion up to 128,821 SDR (defenses above that level per Convention).
  • Checked baggage: up to 1,288 SDR per passenger unless a higher value is declared and paid.
  • Passenger delay: up to 5,346 SDR; baggage delay subject to SDR limits.
  • Time limits: damage notice usually 7 days; delay 21 days; legal action 2 years.
12) Other notes & binding document

Third-party services (hotels, cars, surface transport, lounges) have their own terms. We may amend these Conditions; mandatory laws prevail where applicable.
